IRONMAN 70.3 Zell am See-Kaprun

September 2024On September 1st 2024 there may be limited access to the roads approaching the Grossglockner High Alpine Road due to the ”IRONMAN 70.3 in ZELL AM SEE-KAPRUN” (coming from/driving to Innsbruck, Salzburg or München). NOTE: Coming from Carinthia, the visit of the Grossglockner High Alpine Road up to Bruck an der Glocknerstrasse is possible without restrictions the whole day.

Recommendation - Sunday, September 1st 2024:
Access from Lend (Salzburg) until 11.00 am and from 1.55 pm again
Access from Piesendorf-Walchen (Mittersill, Innsbruck) until 12.15 pm and from 4.30 pm again
Access from Saalfelden (Innsbruck, Salzburg, München) until 12.00 pm and from 4.00 pm again.
There is unrestricted access to Zell am See-Schüttdorf via Pinzgauer Straße B311
The ticket offices in Fusch/Ferleiten and Heiligenblut are open from 6.00 am.
