All printed matter and advertising materials of GROHAG and its affiliated companies and co-operation partners are printed exclusively on PEFC-certified paper from sustainably managed forests in Austria. For their above-average prudent and responsible use of Austrian wood, GROHAG received the PEFC Award in 2021.
The automobile exhibition in the visitor centre on the Kaiser-Franz-Josefs-Höhe was honoured by the Federal Ministry for Education, Arts and Culture as the highest automobile exhibition in the world.
In 2022, the 2022 exhibition film "Building the Road - Power of a Vision" was honoured with an award at the FilmAT Festival and also received the Gold Award in the Visitor Film category at the international Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards.
In addition, the Grossglockner High Alpine Road destination is continuously awarded the Travellers' Choice Award on social platforms such as tripadvisor.
